Plenty of couples and individuals go through periods where true intimate connection just feels out of reach, their needs feel unheard or unmet and they don’t know how to move forward. This is where sex and intimacy coaching can be extremely helpful. Together we work through those tough conversations about wants, needs, and desires to broach, what can be a sensitive subject, with kindness and love.

Many couples have struggled with medical conditions, past traumas, infidelity, work life balance, and confidence issues leading them to a love life with less sexual connection and intimacy than they desire. Through a series of conversations, worksheets, activities and homework, we work together to help you rebuild and get to the level of intimacy you both desire.
